How does shopping on EVADA work?

We want to make shopping online easy. When you buy the items you want, we then send the order to the retailer or place an order for you directly through the retailer offering the product. It’s that easy! Return policies and prices are exactly the same as what you’d find on the retailer website and all of our payment processing is completely secure. Think of us as your free personal shopper!

Why should I buy using EVADA?

EVADA puts all your favourite online brands conveniently in one place, saving you time having to browse around numerous different sites. EVADA solves the problem of having to manage accounts from multiple retailers and makes purchasing online or on your phone easy. It also allows you to find new online brands you may not have come across before. Once you enter your payment and shipping details, they are securely saved so you never have to bother entering them again.

What happens once I place my order?

As soon as you place the order, EVADA sends it directly to the retailer offering the product. We’re like a one-stop shop for all of your mobile shopping needs! In the rare event that an item is no longer available, we won’t charge you a thing and will suggest similar products you might like instead.

Do you accept international orders?

Right now, we only ship within the U.K. We are working on expanding internationally and will let you know if and when that changes!

How do I reach someone at EVADA?

What shows up on my credit card statement?

Any purchases made through EVADA will show up on your credit card as 'EVADA Shopping.'

How do I return or exchange items?

Fortunately, you are subject to the same retailer return policies. The return policy should be right on the packaging with the items you’ve received from the retailer. If you have any issues at all or would like assistance, email us at contact@evadashopping.com or DM us on Insta out an EVADA BFF will be in touch shortly. Unfortunately, not all products can be returned and it’s easy to understand why - undergarments, customized items, or final sale items are all a no-go. Again, please follow the retailer's return policy for all return items.
